Having flown the Dominix on level 4 missions for a loooooong while, its best quality is deffinatly the drones and the massive tank meaning it can take quite a serious beating. Id most likely fit something along this line myself:

(Use the AB to get range on the rats, and use the angular velocity to make sure you hit them a lot more often! Remember that just the fact that youre moving in most cases mean you will take a lot less damage And staying at range helps aswell... The Small Drones vs Frigs will chew em up good and quick if they get too close.)
But if you still want to go with the webber and want some bigger guns this might be more up your alley:

But if you really want to use guns, get a Megatron or a Hyperion, you'd be a lot better off for guns.
